Mac Wilson is an award winning, sponsored, feral tattoo artist.
Traveling the country with her dog, Beyonce, creating art.

I am a tattoo artist who blends Neo-traditional, American traditional, and nostalgic pop culture iconography, resulting in a style that I refer to as “Neon-Traditional.” My approach is often illustrative, bold, and vibrant; designed to draw attention for a lifetime.

My destiny as a tattoo artist was decided when I saw an issue of TATTOO magazine in a grocery store as a teen. Growing up in a marsh in Wisconsin, I remained in the state for my undergraduate studies in Printmaking, Art History, and Japanese Art; while in school, I had the opportunity to study abroad at the prestigious Awagami Factory in Japan.

Since completing my apprenticeship in 2017, I’ve spent most of my time as a feral traveling artist, constantly finding inspiration in my changing surroundings. I absolutely love anything Lisa Frank, nostalgic or generational references, and merging multiple aesthetics. Moreover, my approach is defined by a powerful versatility and joy in tattooing ANY body. Over the years, I’ve become adept at mastering walk-in tattoos and technical tattooing. I can tackle many styles, including script, watercolor, single-line, black/grey, and minimalist tattoos.

I’m always striving for improvement within artistic disciplines such as tattooing, painting, and photography; I also enjoy throwing dice, petting every animal I meet, and perfecting my Macho Man impression.
