Frequently Asked Questions
DOES GETTING A TATTOO HURT?
YES! Receiving a tattoo is a painful process. It requires the application of pigment under the first epidermal layer of the skin. The larger the tattoo the longer it will take to do, so small tattoos hurt less than large ones! But remember, people wouldn't get a second tattoo if the first one was that bad. You can do tough things!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A TATTOO?
The cost varies based on the size of your tattoo, the complexity, and where you want it on your body. I’ve taken careful consideration with my pricing to ensure that you receive the best tattoo for your time and money. If something is outside of your budget- please tell me and we can discuss how to achieve something within your price point.
Hourly rate is $150
Half Day is $500
Full Day is $1000
Predrawn flash designs & “want to do” projects will be priced accordingly.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TATTOO?
Since each Tattoo is different, instructions will be given after your appointment
General Aftercare Instructions for RECOVERY DERM:
Leave the Recovery Derm Shield on for 4-7 days as recommended by your artist. It will protect your tattoo during it's healing process. It is normal for blood and fluids to collect under the bandage. After the 4-7 days, gently peel away the Derm Shield off of the tattoo. This will work best while under warm, running water. Once it has all been removed, wash your tattoo with unscented soap and warm water. Use unscented lotion for the remainder of the healing process.
I offer Crybaby Tattoo Aftercare for purchase!
CAN I BRING MY OWN DESIGN?
Almost any design you can think of can be made into a beautiful tattoo. You’re more than welcome to bring in your own design, but I would prefer to use it as a reference to create something original! All tattoos in my portfolio are original designs, so if you like my work, you're in good hands!

If I’m under 18, can I still get tattooed with a parent or guardian present?
Most state laws require you to be 18 or older to get tattooed. Your ability to get tattooed by me is dependent upon state and local law, health department regulations, and the shop/convention I’m working at.
